Willi`s Café have worked together with TEAM Wearside for the past year, in that time Richard Dwyer (Assessor) has successfully completed three of my staff in Professional Cookery and Hospitality Multi Skilled to a Level Two standard. We have found this useful, as the standard of food production and service has improved due to the training provided.   The Train 2 Gain program has also boosted the confidence of my staff when completing their qualifications, it has been a good team building exercise and has encouraged my staff to work together to support each other to complete their work.
